Safe Return to In-Person Learning is recommended by your doctors at Cornerstone

The doctors at Cornerstone Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine strongly encourage students to attend in-person classes this fall rather than registering for Virtual Academy. In-person classes provide a more stimulating learning environment, opportunities for important social interaction, hands-on learning, and individualized and special education services that aren’t practical in the online format. WCPSS has effective health and safety policies in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 that include wearing masks, frequently washing hands, maintaining physical distance, and limiting exposures to large groups. Cornerstone doctors feel confident that these measures make returning to in-person learning the best choice for the vast majority of students.
