During a routine physical, the doctor will perform a complete physical examination to monitor growth and development and detect any changes or problems. We will also discuss and administer any immunizations that are due.
Well visits usually involve important screening questionnaires that help your doctor thoroughly and efficiently evaluate development and mental health. By visiting our forms page, you can fill these out in advance and save time on the day of your visit.
