*Please Note: After-hours sick appointments and weekend sick appointments will have an additional $50 charge, please be aware that your insurance might not pay the additional after-hours fee.
Contacting Your Medical Provider
If you need to speak with your provider, please call the office and leave a message with the Triage Nurse during office hours. The nurse will forward your message to the provider as necessary or answer your question.
After hours, urgent questions can be answered by our after-hours nurse triage service, but there may be a fee associated with the call.
