We also have a limited number of after hours sick appointments Monday-Friday, 5:00-6:30 PM (not for walk-in). These can be scheduled by calling our office before 5:00 PM. Please be aware that for sick appointments after 5:00 Mon-Fri and for sick appointments on Saturday and Sunday, we charge an after- hours fee that may or may not be covered by your insurance provider. There is no after-hours fee for prescheduled well exams on Saturdays. |

Please contact your insurance company directly if you have any questions about your benefits or the way a claim was processed. Understanding your benefits is important for you to ensure your insurance carrier pays correctly according to your policy.
